The best is yet to come in a strip drawn just over two months after this one, where Charlie Brown receives a hard punch on the top of his head from Violet for calling her 'Ol' Tattle Tale Gray' after she'd been arguing with Patty.
ReplyDeleteCharlie Brown's comments here are interesting to consider in light of the many future strips that show him struggling to use a fountain pen without smudging the ink.
