this is probably what caused his fear of cats later on. Faron was the boneless cat of Frida's, right?
ReplyDeleteRight. Faron never really amounted to much. His owner Frieda lasted a bit longer, but also vanished eventually.
ReplyDeletePeanuts has so many characters who stick around for a while, from days to years, but then disappear. After Peppermint Patty and Marcie, the cast seems to have stabilized except for the additions of Spike and Rerun some time later.
We'll be encountering the first of those temporary cast members before long.
